Our Piano stopped working and Jim's came out same day to try and determine problem and possibly fix it. Jim was unable to repair and provided us with a loaner Baby Grand at no cost because he was unable to do the repair. We had to go elsewhere for the repair and parts (due to the age of the Piano and that they are not being manufactured anymore.. Jim saved the day and the week by loaning us his Baby Grand we were able to keep scheduled entertainment!
