What People Say!
Thank you. The delivery men were very helpful and friendly, and the piano sounds even better in our home. I am thrilled with how much more competent I feel as a pianist due to the natural feel of the keys.

The wedding was a success! It rained, poured, gushed, in Douglas, BUT we live 5 miles out, and missed us! We were so blessed. I'll send pictures - the baby grand was perfect! Thanks again ever so much!

Thank you SO much for your help in getting the PERFECT piano for my granddaughter, Katherine. She is beyond thrilled! You handled everything so beautifully, even arranging to have "her" piano stored for a long time. Thank you for the new bench, the touch ups on her "brand new piano", the big bow in her favorite color and your wonderful, caring personality. When I get to Tallahassee to visit, I'd love to come by just to give you a hug! When she's ready for a grand I'll give you a call!

While working for Jim, I had the opportunity to buy the best piano in the world. I bought a Steinway African Pommele' in memory of my father, Jack Walz. I have never had the opportunity to really thank Jim for the opportunity to buy my Steinway and to say Thank You from me, Susan Hardee, but from my whole family in the Walz heritage.
The piano sounded really great yesterday. I was very pleased, and Dr. Hood seemed to be pleased as well. Thank you for your outstanding service of delivering and tuning the piano. And thank Jim for me as well.

The piano that Jim’s Pianos provided for the concert on yesterday was a marvelous instrument. The care that Jim gave to the piano was greatly appreciated and it sounded wonderful in the performance space. Thank you and your staff for taking such good care of us.

Mr. Jim, I wanted to sit down and send a thank you. We had such a great time the day you came to tune our very out of tune piano. LOL, you were so very patient with all of the children sitting, listening and asking questions. You were also very encouraging to me and inspired me as a mother to be encouraging. I so enjoyed your story of you and your grandfather and his life lessons and influence he had upon your life. I pray that you reach all your clients and touch their lives the way you did ours.
This email is a little late, and I am sorry. I do hope it gives you inspiration to carry on and hopefully touch other lives by your expertise and knowledge of your craftsmanship as well as your respect and attention to detail you give to each and every visit to tune to a piano. Also, please know that I absolutely love Ms. GinaMarie. She is exemplary; you could not have chosen a better apprentice and person to run your business. Please do give her hugs and I will have to bring the children in the shop one day to meet her and show them piano's to inspire them to dream big with the gifts and talents the Lord has given them.
We will see you on Wednesday. Thank you also for coming out again to fine tune... just one visit learning with you and the children have been telling me for the past several weeks... "Mama, I know this is out of tune... hear it?" (Big Smile)
I was terribly upset by the death of my brother and needed help dealing with his piano. I had to sell it. I contacted Jim's Piano and they took care of everything in a very kind and professional manner. I recognize good people when I meet them. They are good people.
Our Piano stopped working and Jim's came out same day to try and determine problem and possibly fix it. Jim was unable to repair and provided us with a loaner Baby Grand at no cost because he was unable to do the repair. We had to go elsewhere for the repair and parts (due to the age of the Piano and that they are not being manufactured anymore.. Jim saved the day and the week by loaning us his Baby Grand we were able to keep scheduled entertainment!

It's been a pleasure to purchase a piano from someone like Jim Sims who believes in integrity and knows what it means to do a job right. Jim has been as concerned as I have about making sure everything is as it should be, and will go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. I've been impressed with his dedication to quality service and it's made me realize how little of that we see these days. Jim says he's not satisfied until his customer is satisfied, and I am a believer. Thank you, Jim, for your dedication to excellence!
They did a beautiful job moving my piano and it was a symphony to watch them work - they really care about fine instruments.
Jim Sims is one of the most honest and ethical men that I have ever had the priviledge to know. His service is beyond superior. His sales methods are fair and just. We recently purchased a 1918 Steinway "B" from Jim's Pianos, and he looks after it impeccably. I wouldn't look at another piano sales company, piano service, or piano tuner. Jim's Pianos is the best in the business. Jim Sims and his staff have supported the arts and arts organizations by providing office space, recital space, and sponsorships. There is no better friend to the arts than Jim, his family, his staff and his business.
Jim & his staff were very helpful when we were ready to purchase our family's piano. Jim went the extra mile to make sure the piano was prepped & moved safely into our home. We love our Steinway & recommend these fine & knowledgable folks to anyone considering a used or new piano. Also, consider using Jim when you need a piano tuning. He'll make your piano sound great!!!

Been working with Mr. Jim Sims for over forty years. Jim is a very dependable and trustworthy person who stands behind all of his service and instruments that he sells as well as the sells his employees make. Jim's Pianos is the number one piano company in North Florida and South Georgia.

I just discovered Jim’s Piano through my church’s musician. He would always rave about this place and I had to find out what the big deal was. Being a musician myself, I was in awe of the selection and history behind many of the pianos. To make a long story short, our Church ended up purchasing a brand new electric grand from Jim and we couldn’t be happier. Keep up the good work guys!
